This was black quinoa cooked with an Earl Grey tea bag (which was removed when water boiled), and then the quinoa was left to cool down. Once cool, I tossed with sea salt, pepper, lime juice, olive oil, slivered almonds and some cilantro. Served at room temperature (in my case, with salmon).
