Hotels-live.com - Photo taken by @stevemccurryofficial // The Omo River Valley is located in Southwest Ethiopia, and has been called Africa's last frontier, with a population of about a quarter of a million tribal peoples in nine tribes. It has been a privilege to go to the Omo Valley in Ethiopia three times with my friend, John Rowe, to photograph the work he is doing with Lale Labuko. Lale, a 2013 National Geographic Emerging Explorer, has been instrumental in saving children who would otherwise have met certain death because of the practice of mingi, the ritualistic killing of infants and children. www.nationalgeographic.com/explorers/bios/lale-labuko/ @Hotelslive by natgeo instagram.com/p/sSBXVdIVRp/ Follow #Instagram @Hotelspaschers instagram.com/hotelspaschers and @Voyageslive #Twitter #TeamFollowBack #Natgeo #Voyage #Travel #TFB #FollowTrick www.facebook.com/125048940862168/photos/a.801751693191886... via Hotels-live.com www.facebook.com/pages/p/125048940862168 #Retweet #TeamFollowBack #F4F #TityFollowTrain via http://flic.kr/p/oFp1f2
