Hotels-live.com - This lovely, soaring space in the heart of LA on LaBrea is now @republiquela but it was built in 1929 to be Charlie Chaplin’s offices. Later it was transformed into La Brea Bakery and Campanile, now it is Republique. Building on its storied past, the current gastronomic incarnation is as grand as the space it occupies while still being comfortable enough for casual drinks or a quick lunch. Like so much of LA (I'm discovering), it's unpretentious and welcoming. Make sure you try their fresh pressed juices and -- if you're not gluten free or skipping carbs -- don't miss the pastries. Great drinks menu and wine vault too! #LAstory @Hotelslive by kirstenalana instagram.com/p/szxG3IFycZ/ Follow #Instagram @Hotelspaschers instagram.com/hotelspaschers and @Voyageslive #Twitter #TeamFollowBack #kirstenalana #Voyage #Travel #TFB #FollowTrick www.facebook.com/125048940862168/photos/a.801752066525182... via Hotels-live.com www.facebook.com/pages/p/125048940862168 #Retweet #TeamFollowBack #F4F #TityFollowTrain via http://flic.kr/p/oTqtTp
