That sure was one of the best experience I've had in Australia ! First of all that was the first time I ever saw a wild sea turtle ! Watching at these turtles who came out from the sea, tried to find a good spot to dig a hole in the sand and then were laying their eggs was a moment full of emotion. Probably the most emotional moment of my year actually. We arrived on the island an hour before sunset and we were really lucky to spot some turtles in the daylight. We waited for dusk to fall, when they lay their eggs, and then helped them to go back to the sea after they have filled the hole full of eggs.
