Fishermen construct 12-foot tall stilts out of sticks and sit on them all day while the tide is in to fish for sardines. It’s not as widely practiced today, but the stilts are still there. For a nice little tip, local fishermen will prepare the rods for you and let you have a go. Best of all you get some really incredible footage.
